Mohala is a proposed project (“Project”) to be located in Ward Village® that is being developed by Block E Ward Village, LLC (“Developer”). ʻIlima and Melia are proposed condominium projects (“Condos”) to be located in Ward Village® that do not yet exist. Ward Village® is a proposed master planned development in Honolulu, Hawai‘i that is currently being developed. All figures and information, including, without limitation, prices, dimensions, and square footages, are approximate and subject to change at any time without notice. COOPERATING BROKER POLICY
Purchaser reserves the right to register and choose their Broker, as opposed to the Broker registering Purchaser. To earn a Cooperating Broker sales commission, a Cooperating Broker agrees to participate fully as Purchaser’s agent and perform the duties and responsibilities customarily and traditionally performed by a real estate salesperson or broker in the State of Hawaii. Such duties and responsibilities include, without limitation, coordination of loan approval, processing and funding; coordination of pre-closing and closing obligations; proper delivery of required condominium documents, reports, receipts and notices; timely collection and delivery of required deposits and payments pursuant to the Purchase Agreement.

No Cooperating Broker sales commission will be paid if Purchaser has executed the Purchase Agreement without designating a Cooperating Broker. The Cooperating Broker sales commission is only paid on closed transactions, and per the fully executed Cooperating Broker Agreement.

Attention Purchasers: If you are represented by a real estate agent, please consult with your agent regarding the applicability of, and your agent’s compliance with, the March 15, 2024, National Association of REALTORS® Settlement Agreement. Ward Village Properties, LLC, Victoria Ward Limited, Howard Hughes Holdings Inc., Discovery Ward Village, LLC, Discovery Mākena Realty, LLC and their affiliates shall not be responsible for your agent’s compliance or non-compliance with the Settlement Agreement, if applicable.
